This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 12b platform for all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 12b platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 12b as the platform operator.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not allowed to use the platform. Continued use after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the changes. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of the latest conditions.
The 12b platform is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and above who are legally allowed to use online betting services according to applicable local laws.

Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to have only one active account on the 12b platform. The information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. Users who submit false information or abuse the registration process may have their accounts terminated without prior notice. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before certain platform features, including fund withdrawals, are enabled.
Users are fully responsible for protecting their account passwords and access. Any activity through your account is your responsibility. Do not share login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 12b customer support immediately. The platform is not liable for losses due to failure to secure your account information.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
12b users agree to comply with the following rules while using the platform:
- Use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes
- Adhere to all betting limits and conditions set
- Keep personal information up to date
- Report any technical issues or discrepancies to customer support
- Prohibited from using automation software, bots, or hacking methods
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited
- Prohibited from opening multiple accounts under the same or different identities
- Prohibited from using funds derived from illegal or unauthorized sources
- Prohibited from selling, transferring, or lending accounts to third parties
Violation of any rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and account balances may be forfeited if violations involve fraud or illegal activities.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the 12b platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposits are made using valid payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or unauthorized payment methods are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for deposits, subject to successful identity verification. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the method and involved financial institutions.
12b reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for security checks or identity verification. If any suspicious transaction activity is detected, the platform may temporarily freeze the account and request additional documents from the user before proceeding.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 12b are subject to separate wagering terms and requirements which will be disclosed when the bonus is offered. Bonus terms cannot be changed retroactively.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
12b is not responsible for financial losses incurred due to betting results, technical issues beyond the platform’s control, user internet failures, or breaches of these terms. The platform provides services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or returns from any betting activity.
All content on the 12b platform—including logos, designs, text, images, source code, and interface elements—is the exclusive property of 12b or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
If the platform contains links to third-party websites or services, 12b is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Users access external links at their own risk and should review the terms and privacy policies of those sites separately.
Account Termination, Terms Amendments, and Legal Compliance
Account Suspension and Termination Policy
12b reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time due to terms violations, fraud, attempts at money laundering, bonus abuse, or any activities that compromise platform integrity. Accounts suspended for verification reasons will be reinstated after verification completes. Users may also close their own accounts anytime by contacting customer support—eligible balances will be returned following standard review procedures.
Amendments to These Terms
12b reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notices or registered email. Continued platform use after terms changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes relating to the 12b platform will be settled through the prescribed dispute resolution procedures, and users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
These terms and conditions take effect once the user registers or uses the 12b platform for the first time.
